As time passed, it became an eyesore and was selected for a complete refurbishment. The goal was to convert it into the central hub for the 4,000 employees based at the site. This People’s Hub is integral to AstraZeneca’s employee engagement strategy, aiming to enhance collaboration and connectivity among teams. The refurbished facility will not only house 150 employees but also function as a multi-purpose communal space, featuring breakout areas, meeting rooms, and a café for all employees and visitors.
Objective: The primary objective was to provide a locker solution that would seamlessly integrate into the newly refurbished People’s Hub. The lockers needed to support the facility’s dual purpose as an office and communal space, enhancing the overall aesthetic while providing secure storage solutions.
